Voicemail includes a fully featured system with 26 voice mailboxes.
Call Cascading can perform a series of actions based on a Local,
Remote, or Ring Group Extension being Busy, Not Answered,
Screened, or has Do Not Disturb engaged. With Call Cascade,
several attempts can be made to locate you before sending the
caller to voicemail.
Call Forwarding allows you to have calls forwarded, either manually
or automatically, to any local or remote extension, to a ring group, or
voice mailbox. You are pro-actively in contact with your callers. This
reduces telephone/voicemail tag.
This PBX is modularly scaleable via a LAN. Network the system
with up to 16 incoming lines for 32 local and 32 remotes
extensions.
Call Hold and Transfer can hold calls from any extension with
music or your-own-on-hold-creation. Transfer calls to local or
remote extensions, ring groups, or voicemail. A seamless
professional management of incoming calls even when connecting
your business calls to your cell phone.
Place intercom calls from any local extension to any other local or
remote extension.
Pick up calls from extensions other than your own.
Call Queue provides the caller with an option to leave a message,
remain on hold, or return to the Auto Attendant, should your
extension be temporarily unavailable.
Mode Scheduling handles incoming calls based on time-of-day
and day-of-week. Gracefully or professionally handle calls during
normal hours and beyond. It is there for you 24 hours a day!
Music on Hold will play music or announcements while on hold,
queued or being transferred. You control what is heard. - radio,
CD's, even custom messages created by you.
Remote Extensions calls can be forwarded by the Auto Attendant or
transferred by simply by dialing the Remote Extension number. Get
your calls anywhere in the world - without the caller being aware
that you are out.
